These are hard and durable. A couple of mine were broken, but I think there were a couple extra. They are fun to use. I am very happy to have found this place. I have made two purchases and both with enough items to qualify for free shipping. The free shipping does slow things down quite a bit I think, but the products are very nice.

Would have liked to receive larger flatter slices that will look better on display than curly slices but still good
